Bryn graduated from both the University of Otago and the University of Auckland, holding Bachelor’s degrees majoring in Property and Land Planning and Development. His academic background provides a strong understanding of property fundamentals, development processes, asset performance and client relationship management, which he applies directly to retail leasing projects.
Since joining Retail Solutions in 2022, Bryn has become a valued member of the team, contributing to a wide range of leasing assignments and supporting key projects including South City Shopping Centre in Christchurch, Meridian Mall in Dunedin and Richmond Mall in Nelson, along with other large-format retail opportunities across New Zealand. With a genuine passion for property, and retail leasing in particular, Bryn is focused on delivering practical, well-considered outcomes that create long-term value for both landlords and tenants.
