Ken brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the strategic leasing of shopping centres across New Zealand and Australia, having worked within some of the region’s most respected organisations, including Westfield, Dexus, QIC, Kiwi Property and CBRE.
Highly skilled in negotiation, planning, and retail mix, Ken works closely with landlords and tenants to deliver leasing outcomes that are commercially sound, strategically considered, and aligned with the long-term success of each centre.
Across his career, Ken has been involved in more than 15 centre projects and completed over 750 retail leasing transactions, with key recent work including Westfield Albany, Langdon’s Quarter, Northlands, and Lynn Mall. In Australia, Tweed city, City Gold Coast, Westpoint Blacktown, Sydney. His experience spans local and major shopping centres, retail agencies, and mixed-use developments.
