Kylee brings more than 30 years of shopping Centre management experience to her role as Centre Manager at South City. She has worked with leading property owners and management companies including Colliers NZ, Kiwi Property, Westfield, and Retail Solutions, primarily in marketing-focused roles across a wide range of Centre’s and asset types.
Since joining Retail Solutions with the transition of South City’s management, Kylee has been one of three dedicated team members overseeing the Centre. She applies deep hands-on expertise in daily operations, retailer engagement, facilities coordination, and customer experience — supported by a strong commercial lens shaped by decades in Centre marketing and stakeholder management.
Known for her practical approach, clear communication, and comprehensive operational knowledge, Kylee plays a pivotal role in ensuring South City runs smoothly and efficiently. She works closely with retailers, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain high operational standards, deliver effective marketing and activation programs, and support a positive trading environment.
