Tom completed a Bachelor of Business Studies at Massey University in 1985 before beginning his career in the retail property market with Dominion Breweries, Whitcoulls and Colliers. In 1997, he went on to establish Retail Solutions, building the business into a respected specialist retail property advisory firm.
Tom specialises in large format retail and convenience/service properties nationwide, with extensive knowledge of provincial New Zealand centres and bulk retail locations. His decades of agency work throughout the country enable him to complete transactions efficiently and align retailer objectives with landlord strategies to achieve commercially successful outcomes.
